phmanalo Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phmanalo," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the phmanalo platform available at phmanalo.net.
• "Platform" means the phmanalo website, mobile-optimised site, all games, betting products, account services, promotional tools, and any related digital infrastructure made available to users at phmanalo.net.
• "Account" means the personal registered gaming account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Player" means a User who has completed registration and has deposited funds and placed bets or wagers on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of all funds deposited by a Player into their phmanalo Account, plus any credited bonus funds, less all wagers placed and withdrawals made.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, free spins winnings, or cashback amounts credited to an Account by phmanalo pursuant to a promotion, and subject to specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by phmanalo prior to processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government agency responsible for the regulation of gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are distinct from Bonus Funds and withdrawable subject to KYC and these Terms.

By accessing the phmanalo Platform, creating an Account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with phmanalo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the phmanalo Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Access to and use of the phmanalo Platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during active use:

1. Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. phmanalo employs age verification checks at registration and upon first withdrawal request. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
2. Jurisdiction. The phmanalo Platform is intended solely for individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play. phmanalo does not knowingly accept Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering legal agreements may not use the phmanalo Platform.
4. Not a Problem Gambler Under Exclusion. You must not be registered under any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion scheme, including any exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to open an Account or access the Platform.
5. Not a phmanalo Employee. Current employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of phmanalo or its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any gambling activities on the Platform.

To access the full features of the phmanalo Platform, including the ability to deposit, wager, and withdraw, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) phmanalo Account at any time. Opening multiple Accounts — including through the use of different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phmanalo uses technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate Account will be closed, and associated balances may be voided.
• Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. phmanalo is not responsible for Account issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the User.
• Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmanalo login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. phmanalo will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Activity. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phmanalo reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notice to the registered email address on file, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Non-Transferability. Your phmanalo Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party.

Before processing any withdrawal request, phmanalo is required to verify the identity and age of the Account holder. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a regulatory requirement under the PAGCOR framework and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

Players will be required to submit one or more of the following Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's Licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• PhilSys National ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

phmanalo may additionally request a selfie with the submitted ID, proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement in your name), or source-of-funds documentation in cases where account activity warrants enhanced due diligence. All submitted documents are processed in accordance with phmanalo's Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. phmanalo is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

phmanalo supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter. Available methods, minimum amounts, and processing times are displayed in the Cashier section of your phmanalo Account and may be updated from time to time.

• Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Currency. All transactions on the phmanalo Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in PHP.
• Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to phmanalo's verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Processing Times. phmanalo targets the following indicative processing times: GCash and Maya — within 15 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay/PesoNet — 15–30 minutes; over-the-counter methods — as per third-party provider schedules. These are target times and are not guaranteed.
• Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal. phmanalo may require that deposited funds have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed, in accordance with any applicable promotional terms or as communicated in the Cashier section at the time of deposit.
• Deposit Finality. Deposits credited to your phmanalo Account and applied toward wagers are non-refundable except where expressly required by Philippine law or where a technical error attributable to phmanalo is confirmed.
• Suspicious Transactions. phmanalo complies with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. Transactions suspected of involving the proceeds of unlawful activity will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

phmanalo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and leaderboard rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is specified in each promotion's individual terms and is applied to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of bets placed. Live casino games, virtual sports, and bingo may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement fulfillment. Specific contribution rates are listed on the Promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom that remain subject to wagering requirements will expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available to each eligible Player once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. phmanalo reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or claw back bonus funds if abuse, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of a promotional offer is detected.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is ₱500 (five hundred Philippine Pesos) or the equivalent, unless phmanalo has specified a different limit for a particular promotion. Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Promotional Changes. phmanalo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to Players' accounts unless fraud or misuse is detected.

All games and betting products available on phmanalo operate under individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products:

• Certified RNG. All virtual table games, slot machines, bingo, and other RNG-based titles on phmanalo use software that has been independently certified for randomness and fairness by accredited testing laboratories. phmanalo does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live Casino. Live dealer games on phmanalo are conducted by professionally trained dealers in real time via HD video stream. The dealing of cards, spinning of wheels, and shaking of dice are conducted using physical equipment, and outcomes are final once the game round is closed.
• Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round after a bet has been placed, phmanalo will review the round and, where possible, restore the player's position to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. If restoration is not possible, the bet amount will be refunded to the Player's phmanalo Account. phmanalo's technical determination in such cases shall be final.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted by the platform.
• Disconnection During Play. phmanalo is not responsible for loss of internet connectivity on the Player's side during an active game round. Players should ensure a stable internet connection before placing bets. Auto-play outcomes that occur during disconnection are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmanalo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement agencies:

• Opening or operating more than one phmanalo Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information or documents during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players, live dealers, or platform personnel to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any unlawful activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any form of payment fraud;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of aggressive, threatening, or abusive communication directed at phmanalo staff or other Players via the platform's chat features;
• Circumventing any geolocation or IP restriction implemented by phmanalo through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

All content on the phmanalo Platform — including but not limited to the phmanalo brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, text, images, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phmanalo or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phmanalo Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any phmanalo content without prior written consent from phmanalo.

Game software and content provided by third-party game studios (such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and others) remain the intellectual property of the respective studios and are licensed to phmanalo for use on the Platform.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by phmanalo is governed by phmanalo's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy.

By using the phmanalo Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, account management, and customer support communications.

phmanalo does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. phmanalo may share data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by applicable law.

phmanalo is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. The Platform is intended as a form of entertainment, and phmanalo recognises that a small proportion of players may develop gambling-related problems. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phmanalo Players at no cost through the Account Dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at set intervals to remind you of the duration of your gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. During the exclusion period, phmanalo will make every reasonable effort to prevent you from opening a new Account.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications that display total time played and net gaming activity during the current session.

phmanalo's minimum age requirement of 21 years is strictly enforced. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you suspect that a minor is accessing your Account or gambling on the Platform using your credentials, please contact phmanalo Support and change your password immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmanalo's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that Player to their phmanalo Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall phmanalo be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any game result, promotional content, or information published on the Platform;
• Interruption of service resulting from circumstances beyond phmanalo's reasonable control, including power failures, internet outages, acts of God, or regulatory actions;
• Losses sustained by a Player as a direct consequence of gambling activity on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phmanalo's liability for death or personal injury caused by phmanalo's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by phmanalo.

phmanalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, misrepresentation, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested;
• Receipt of a complaint, instruction, or notification from a relevant regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement agency;
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used for money laundering or other financial crime;
• Accounts classified as dormant pursuant to the inactivity policy described in Section 4;
• At the Player's voluntary request to close the Account.

Upon closure of an Account, any Real Money Balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds subject to wagering) will be returned to the Player via the withdrawal method on file, subject to completed KYC and provided no outstanding investigation is in progress. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and phmanalo arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through phmanalo's internal customer support process. Players may contact phmanalo Support at [email protected] to initiate a formal complaint. phmanalo commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phmanalo's internal process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels. Any unresolved dispute that requires judicial resolution shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

phmanalo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phmanalo will provide notice to registered Players by email to the address on file, by an in-platform notification upon next login, or by prominent display of the updated Terms on the phmanalo.net website.

The effective date of any updated Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. If you continue to use the phmanalo Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact Support to close your Account.
